This autumn, we invite you to join us for a transformative Yoga & Sound Healing Retreat dedicated to embracing change, cultivating prosperity, and reconnecting with yourself.
Set in a charming Transylvanian village with over 600 years of history, this 4-day all-inclusive retreat offers a sanctuary for reflection, healing, and renewal. Surrounded by breathtaking nature and timeless beauty, you will have the opportunity to slow down, restore your nervous system, reconnect with your heart, and create space for meaningful transformation.
Through yoga, meditation, sound healing, deep relaxation, and self-reflection, we will explore what it means to navigate life’s changes with greater trust, resilience, and self-love. Your vision board will become a powerful visual representation of your intentions—one that supports you in aligning your energy, focus, and actions with the future you wish to create.

The Techniques
The powerful practices of Kundalini Yoga, combined with Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, guide us through times of change. They help us transcend duality and release the repetitive mental stories we’ve grown attached to, fostering clarity, contentment, and inner peace. Exploring prosperity in its full scope, we engage in Kundalini meditations with transformative effects, elevating every aspect of our lives, including health and relationships.
Throughout the retreat, we will also enjoy a Vision Board Workshop, offering a creative opportunity for reflection and self-discovery as we prepare to step into a new chapter.
Additionally, the magic of sound therapy through profoundly cleansing Gong Bath sessions will accompany us on this journey. The frequencies of the Gong, played late in the evening, open the space for a deep and transformative experience. Sound plays an extremely important role throughout these four days, supporting our practice and complementing the meditations for releasing stagnant aspects of the subconscious mind and rejuvenating the nervous system.

Program and Practices
This program is specifically designed to take you on an inner journey through a variety of transformative practices, including early morning Sadhana, Kundalini Yoga, meditation, Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, a Guided Vision Board Workshop, and evening Sound Healing Gong Baths.
Our intention is to actively engage the body, mind, and heart, creating greater harmony, balance, and connection between them. Through movement, breath, meditation, sound, and self-reflection, we create a holistic experience that supports healing, rejuvenation, self-discovery, and personal transformation.
There will be two practices per day, complemented by extended Gong Bath sessions in the evening, offering space for deep relaxation, nervous system restoration, and integration.
All sessions are taught in both Romanian and English.
A detailed daily schedule and program breakdown will be provided two weeks before the strat of the retreat.
We are delighted to share with you this truly unique experience in a spiritual and beautifully restored location – the 600 years old Transylvanian Saxon village of Cincsor.
This retreat experience is a curated and holistic experience designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, balance and wellbeing.
Please know that there will be personal time for relaxation and integration of the practice and that all sessions are taught in both Romanian and English.

She is a passionate wellness advocate and certified yoga teacher. After spending 8 years in the high-stress corporate world, she found her inner truth and strength through yoga. Accommodation & Food
This retreat is hosted in the beautiful and historical Transylvanian countryside in the saxon village called Cincsor. The Fortified Church in the village has been founded in 1421 together with the former Parish House and School. These places are energetically and spiritually charged. You will be staying for 3 nights in a completely refurbished luxury room inside the former School, Parish House or stables.
All the yoga sessions will be in the designated yoga space indoors.
Food is a magical experience at Cincsor. It is an all-inclusive retreat, carefully chosen food and cooked with care and consideration for people and nature, farm to table. If you have any allergies, please let us know. We offer healthy meals 2 times a day, breakfast and dinner, light lunch and tea/coffee breaks.
TRANSPORTATION
Please note that transport is not included in the price, we can recommend the best route to reach the location.
Arrival & Departure time
We start the program on Friday, November 20, at 15:00 with a small gathering enjoying coffee, tea and traditional snacks, followed by an introductory session in the evening. The retreat ends on Monday, 23rd of November at 12:00, after practice and breakfast.
