Over the course of four sessions in January, our journey highlights the profound connection between breath and body. The January Journey Membership includes all 4 January sessions (8h of practice), after sessions Q&A sessions with Ana (30min after each session ), extra practices and follow-up materials, and access to session recordings until February 15th. This transformative journey limited number of participants, to ensure a personalized and intimate experience. Only 3 spots left.
Attend from anywhere in the world! If you can’t join the live Zoom class, don’t worry—recordings are available so you can still benefit from and enjoy the practices. You’ll receive access to the session recordings till February 15. Please book your session by January 8th, even if you’re only interested in accessing the recordings. Level of Practice: Beginners are welcomed! All sessions include physical exercise, meditation, and relaxation.
